Citrus Dreamer (mocktail)

Glass: Sling

Ingredients:
1 shot lemon juice
1 shot lime juice
dash elderflower cordial
dash vanilla gomme
dash kiwi syrup
half bottle ginger beer

Method:
Add all ingredients and blend with ice for a 'slush puppie' texture. Serve long in a sling and pile high.

Garnish:
3 Thinly sliced limes
